As you can see from my title, I am waiting for Him, as in our Lord's, soon return. So I will just share a little bit of my life while I wait. ;0) I'm a Christian stay-at-home, homeschooling, hometherapying ;~) mom to 4. I've been married to my highschool sweetheart for the last 15 years. With the Lord's help, I'm in the process of learning and trying to be a better wife, mother, daughter, sister, teacher, friend to those around me, and most importantly, a better daughter to my Heavenly Father.

As the apple tree
among the trees of the wood,
so is my beloved among the sons.
I sat down under his shadow
with great delight, and
his fruit was sweet to my
taste. Song of Solomon 3:10"

Sew Crafty Friday
With a week to go before we move, things have been pretty hectic here. I'll update more in a bit, I just wanted to put Mr. Linky up. Since I've been packing, I haven't had a chance to do anything crafty. Sorry. I figured I would share pictures of where we are moving to. ;0) These are all pictures from the front door. Proverbs 31 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. Pr 31:10-31

Oh how beautiful. Good luck in your move. Laura
Oh, how beautiful! It looks very serene. I bet you and your family will all be very happy there!
Ahhh...take me with you. It's so beautiful.
I'm getting so excited for you. I haven't done anything crafty, and I'm not even packing. I did pressure can some tomato and vegetables sauce (onion, garlic, celery, green pepper, and zucchini). I'm looking forward to using it in beans, or as a soup base, or over noodles.
See you soon!
Your pictures are lovely. I'm looking forward to reading more about your new home.
The scenes in your pictures are very beautiful. It looks like a great place to live. Much success in your new move. I hope that it will not be too stressful for you.
I have posted my craft on my site and linked to yours.
I love the hat that you have made for Brittany, it is beautiful and looks so great on her, too!
Blessings,
Dianne
Very pretty Shereen, the mountains remind me of ours. Looks like a fertile place for your garden!
